Do I need a credit card to apply?
No. Applications are free. We only collect payment details once your workspace is approved and you're ready to launch your first campaign.
What if my project doesn't fit a plan?
Tell us in the form. We routinely scope custom projects — mystery shopping, cross-browser sweeps, long-running research panels — and quote them individually.
How are reviewers vetted?
Every reviewer passes an application, a written screener, and a probationary first review. Low-effort clickers don't survive our rating system.
Is my product confidential?
Yes. Every reviewer signs our base NDA before seeing anything, and companies on Growth+ can add project-specific clauses that we review before reviewers accept.
