EyesOnDeck is a service operated by Skylab Studio LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use EyesOnDeck (the "Service") and how we use it. You can contact us at hello@eyesondeck.com.

• Account data: email, password (hashed), full name, and role (company or tester).
• Tester profile data: age, sex, experience level, and free-form notes you provide during signup.
• Company data: company name and campaign details you submit.
• Test submissions: videos, screenshots, and written feedback you upload as a tester.
• Usage data: log data, device/browser info, IP address, and pages visited.
• Payment data: when payouts launch, we (or our payment processor) will collect the info required to pay testers and to comply with tax law.

• To operate the marketplace — matching testers with company campaigns.
• To verify tester eligibility and approve tester accounts.
• To deliver feedback submissions to the company that requested them.
• To process payouts and comply with tax and anti-fraud obligations.
• To communicate with you about your account, campaigns, and product updates.
• To improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.

Where GDPR applies, we process personal data under: (a) performance of a contract with you, (b) our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, (c) your consent (e.g. marketing emails), and (d) compliance with legal obligations (e.g. tax records).

We share personal data only with:

• Companies that hire testers — they receive your test submissions and the profile fields relevant to their campaign.
• Service providers — hosting, database, email, and (once launched) payment processors, under contract.
• Authorities — when required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal data.

We keep account data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. You can request deletion at any time.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Email us at hello@eyesondeck.com to exercise any of these rights.

Skylab Studio LLC is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US and other countries where our providers operate.

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, hashed passwords, role-based access, row-level security) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we'll notify you by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
